SKILLED NURSING FACILITY REGISTERED NURSE JOB SUMMARY :

Here at BridgePoint our Registered Nurse - RN team members provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.

The Registered Nurse - RN develops nursing care plan in coordination with resident, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.

The Registered Nurse - RN communicates changes in resident's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor / Manager, and co-workers as appropriate and participates in the discharge planning process.

Registered Nurse, RN, R.N., Skilled Nursing RN, Sub Acute Nursing RN, Sub Acute Nurse, LTC Nurse, Nursing Home RN, SNF Nurse, SNF RN

Qualifications

Education : Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing program.

Licenses / Certification : Current RN - Registered Nurse license from the District of Columbia Department of Health required. ACLS & BLS Required.

Experience : Minimum one (1) year's recent nursing experience preferred.
