Marketing Proposal Coordinator

SCS Engineers is looking for an outgoing and energetic marketing coordinator looking to take their career to the next level with a great company and incredible culture.

The position will focus on marketing initiatives, working both independently and collaboratively with the marketing team and the firm's leadership to win projects.

We seek an intuitive individual who can navigate diverse communication styles and adapt quickly to shifting demands. This full-time permanent position is in our Tampa Office.

How you can make an impactCoordinate, write, edit, proofread, and prepare items such as statements of qualifications, proposals, resumes, and project descriptionsLead document production efforts from start to submissionDevelop outlines and compliance documentsConduct market research and competitor analysisSupport marketing activities, organizing special events and / or conferencesSupport industry research, data gathering, and reportingMaintain databases and internal content files, including images, resumes, tables, and client evaluationsCoordinate and solicit employees for the development of blog postsOccasional design of custom graphics for proposal, qualification packages, presentations, leave-behind collateral, and advertisements which complement standard template and brand standardsQualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, Communications, or Graphic Design preferred3 years of relevant experience required1 years of professional writing experience required.

Preferably for an AEC services firm or relatedComputer proficiency in all Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Proficiency with Photoshop and InDesignAdvanced Adobe Acrobat skills such as text and image editingOutstanding creative writing and editing skills (grammar, spelling, conciseness, etc.

Pay range is $65K- $75K / year depending on experience. This does not include bonuses or our Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
