Colorado Permanente Medical Group is seeking a board certified or board eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to work in a PRN capacity in our Skilled Nursing Facility department.
Geriatric fellowship training is preferred.
This is a non-benefitted hourly position. The department is looking for rounding / call assistance in a floating capacity covering 4 core Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Denver metro area.
