Position Summary :
We are looking for a highly organized and detailoriented Personal Injury Case Manager who is fluent in both English and Spanish.
The ideal candidate will have experience in handling personal injury cases from intake through prelitigation. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of case management including client communication coordinating medical care and preparing comprehensive documentation.
This is a key role in our firm and you will work closely with attorneys and other staff to ensure that our clients receive the best possible representation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through prelitigation
- Communicate effectively with clients medical providers and attorneys in both English and Spanish
- Coordinate medical care and treatment for clients
- Prepare organize and maintain case files and documentation
- Draft and prepare demands letters and other legal documents as needed
- Monitor and manage deadlines ensuring timely progression of cases
- Provide regular updates to clients on case status and progress
- Assist attorneys with case preparation and trial support as needed
