We are now recruiting qualified candidates for the position of Production Operator in our warehouse .
Founded in 1979, Chemsolv, Inc , based in Roanoke, Virginia, is well established as one of the largest chemical distributors in the United States.
The company has branch facilities in Colonial Heights, Virginia; Piney Flats, Tennessee; and Rock Hill, South Carolina.
A Production Operator will :
- Unload / load empty drums / totes.
- Pre-stage pallets / drums / totes for production.
- Assist production teams as needed.
- Identify / label drums / totes with appropriate markings.
- Complete paperwork as required.
- Assist in production operations / warehouse as needed.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- a Monday through Friday work schedule.
To be a successful Production Operator candidate you must :
- Be capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted on a regular basis.
- Have a strong work ethic and organizational skills.
- Able to multi-task
- Must be able to follow directions / policy / procedures as instructed.
- Be able to work outside in the elements.
- Be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Be a safety minded individual.
- Must have reliable mode of transportation.
- Be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
