Are you an experienced nursing leader ready to elevate your career? CareCore Health, a premier provider of skilled nursing care with eleven facilities across Ohio, is seeking a dynamic and driven Regional Director of Clinical Operations to join our corporate clinical team .
This critical role supports the VP of Clinical Operations in overseeing clinical excellence across our Cleveland-area facilities, ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents.
As a member of our Corporate Clinical Team , you will :
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Provide mentorship and training to facility-based clinical teams.
- Oversee and adapt clinical policies and procedures to maintain best practices.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic clinical initiatives.
- Lead, develop, and manage top clinical talent across all facilities, including hiring as needed.
Qualifications :
- Active, unencumbered Ohio RN license.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a regional or corporate role.
