Currently, we’re hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to work in a school in Dallas, Texas. As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist with SHC, you'll be supported by our Schools Center of Excellence, a dedicated team of recruiters and employment professionals that understand schools and your unique needs as an SLP.

Speech-Language Pathologist Contract Details :

• $47 - $50 an hour
• Speech Language Pathologists needed for the 2024-25 school year for 40 hours a week.
• The SLP-CCC. Positions available primarily in the South side of Dallas for grade level K-12th.
• SLP-CCC may be assigned to 1-3 campuses depending on assigned caseload.
• Positions available for in person only.
• New SLP-CCC to Supplemental Health Care are eligible for a $3K Assignment Bonus.
• Could be working with students who have difficulty swallowing, or students with communication disorders
• SLP will work with students to assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team
• SLP will develop and implement IEPs for students while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans
• Will be expected to establish a positive learning environment while providing response to intervention for the needs of each student

Requirements :

• Master’s degree in education or equivalent experience with a bachelor’s degree
• Texas SLP License
• American Heart Association BLS
• School Experience is Preferred but not required
• ASHA Certification
