Rental Agent Job Duties (include but are not limited to) : Assist customers with vehicle rentals and related services Responsible for transporting vehicles safely and efficiently Answering phones and assisting customers  Quoting customers rental rates Complete rental contracts, explain our policies and requirements Processing receipts for deposits / payments for rental contract transactions Thoroughly inspecting returned rental vehicles for damages, smoke etc. Maintain a superior level of customer service Maintain professional appearance Other duties directed by management

Job Requirement : Rental Agent Qualifications : Must be a customer-oriented, self-motivated team player Must be computer literate High School Diploma or GED required Must have a valid driver's license and few to no points on driving record.
