Title : Part time Facility Coordinator
Pay : $25-$29 / hr
Location : Los Angeles, CA
Hours : M,W,F 9am-6pm

- 6 months-1 year of facility maintenance experience
- Reliability and good work ethic
- Clear background and drug test
POSITION SUMMARY :
The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for conducting regular facility inspections, performing minor repairs, scheduling contractors, organizing and maintaining the facilities, transporting materials, leading event setups, and assisting with exhibition maintenance and setups.
This role requires strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills, independent decision-making, and flexibility to work outside of regular business hours.
