We are looking for an Application Systems Analyst (low-code development). This is a full-time permanent hire, hybrid (on-site / remote) position in Raleigh, North Carolina with our client.

In this role as a Application Systems Analyst (low-code development) you will review, analyze, and modify integration and automation systems, including designing, testing, debugging, and deploying solutions to support enterprise applications and 3rd party integrations.

You will lead principles of low-code development and iPaaS solutions, using platforms like Workato, PowerAutomate, PowerApps, and other robotic process automation (RPA) tools to implement business-driven application systems efficiently

Responsibilities for an Application Systems Analyst (low-code development) :

  • Review, design, and support workflow changes, including reusable service and business workflow layers
  • Continuously identify new technologies or enhancements to improve usability, stability, and maintainability
  • Lead structured peer reviews and quality control processes, maintaining consistency and best practices
  • Implement low-code tools like PowerAutomate, PowerApps, SharePoint, and other RPA products to improve efficiency
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with existing enterprise applications, integrations, task workflows, and low-code platforms
  • Maintain and update applications, addressing errors, technical debt, and prioritized enhancements.
  • Provide quality customer service by consistently responding to tickets and customer calls promptly to resolve problems
  • Gather and translate business requirements into functional technology requirements for new and enhanced business processes
  • Assist business users in documenting and understanding workflow
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements

Required skills as an Application Systems Analyst (low-code development) :

  • 8+ years of information technology experience
  • 5+ years of experience in application development
  • Experience with developing in low-code tools like PowerAutomate, SharePoint, and other RPA products to deliver business solutions
  • Experience with integrating systems with API Web Services (REST, SOAP)
  • Experience leading and contributing to the technical implementation of projects with agile methodologies resulting in quality systems with a proven quantitative track record for in-scope, on time, and on budget project successes
  • Experience working with Microsoft SQL 2016 or higher
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
