We are seeking a dynamic individual to join us as an Assistant Manager in our retail sales team. This role combines the responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate with the opportunity to develop essential managerial skills for future growth within our organization.

Qualifications :

- Sales experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Ongoing positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic and resourceful
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with strong project management skills
- Interpersonal skills to confidently communicate with both internal personnel and customers
- Flexibility to work varied days and hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Experience with MindBody Software is a plus
