Job Description : Accounting Manager

Location : Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)

Compensation : $115,000 - $125,000 + Bonus

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounting Manager with a solid accounting background to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to our accounting and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage daily accounting operations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis.
• Mentor and develop junior accounting staff.

Key Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Public accounting experience preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

Work Arrangement :

• Hybrid work model : 2-3 days in the office.
• Flexible remote work opportunities during the summer.

Compensation and Benefits :

Competitive salary : $115,000 - $120,000 per year.
