Description : *We are looking to onboard a long term contractor for a 9+ month contract engagement doing network configurations in an industrial plant setting.
Most of the work can be done remotely, but consultant will need to come to Milwaukee, WI for 1-2 weeks a few times during the engagement.
We are looking for someone that has experience working on an industrial or manufacturing shopfloor and is familiar with industrial networking.
The main technical work will involve performing configurations on Cisco Catalyst and Rockwell Stratix switches. Additionally, this person will assist with various project coordination tasks including get quotes and ordering new network gear from preferred suppliers.

Project 2 - They are in the process of needing to do an expansion on one of their oversees plants. This project will also require network configurations and network support / getting new hardware ordered for this location, with multiple new IDFs going in at this site.
The ideal candidate would be someone that is familiar with network configurations on a manufacturing shopfloor, including technical hands-on work performing configurations with Stratix switches.
This candidate should also be comfortable working across different teams with coordination activities such as gathering requirements and ordering new network hardware.
