We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Operating room travel registered nurse to join our growing team of registered nursing professionals.
RN Qualifications :Registered Nurse Duties & Responsibilities :
- Provide basic patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and ambulation.
- Monitor and report changes in patients’ health status to the supervising RN.- Administer medication under the guidance of the RN or physician.
- Assist with medical procedures and treatments as directed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans.
Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients.
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
Participate in appropriate educational programs and training to stay updated on nursing skills and knowledge.
