This is afulltime position based in Los Angeles.
Mustlive anywhere in LosAngeles.
Musttravel 50% of the time travel will only be on the west coastCalifornia Oregon Washington. All travel is paid for upfront by thecompany.
You might have 2 flights in a day. You might rent a car todrive to the other side of California. When traveling all hotelsfood rentals gas will be paid for on the company credit card.
Travel will be every other week and between Tuesday and Thursday.Monday and Friday are admin days.
Requirements
Howyou willshine :
- Minimum5 years of experience in construction projectmanagement
- Abilityto travel roughly50%
- Skilledat reading blueprints / schematics; knowledgeable about currentbuildingcodes
- Mustbe able to perform miscellaneous construction tasks (e.g. pull wirestage and install equipmentetc.)
- Workand collaborate remotely with limited directsupervision
- Proficientin Microsoft Office and construction management softwarepackages
- Excellentwriting communication project management and interpersonal skillswith a high level of attention todetail
- Musthave ground up commercial experience all new construction. Comingfrom a General Contractor is perfect.
- Experiencebuilding restaurants chains like CHICKFILA (very similar withintricate exterior products) isperfect.
