JOB OVERVIEW :
We are a popular ramen destination with locations in Los Angeles! It distinguishes itself by providing customized ramen in a highly energetic, fun, customer-focused environment.
We are looking for hospitality-driven servers that provide exceptional service with a smile, no matter what! We put our customers first, so we’re looking for those who know how to create an enjoyable experience to guests and thrive on their satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for every guest
- Work in various FOH areas : hosting, food running, to-go packing and hand off, bussing
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while always providing a quality product and excellent customer service.
- Demonstrate the ability to be self-motivated and strive for new opportunities for growth and learning
- Maintain a calm demeanor, especially during periods of high volume, to preserve a positive work environment and a hospitable experience for our guests
- Maintaining the general cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Serve happiness in the form of food and drinks
- Greet guests in a friendly and respectable manner
- Responding to any customer needs or questions
- Maintain a complete knowledge and understanding of menu items
- Communicating with management about any customer issues or FOH issues
- Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary
- Other tasks as specified by management
REQUIREMENTS :
- 1+ years of server experience in a fast-paced environment
- Comply to all occupational, health, and safety standards
- Flexible schedule (including nights and weekends)
- Able to take constructive criticism, learn quickly and constantly improve
- Must be enthusiastic about food and service.
- Must maintain great attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Be a team player with strong work ethics and communication skills
- Must have Food Handler Card (Servsafe)
