JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a product marketing professional to join our creative, hard-working, and fun global team to drive awareness and growth of our SAP SuccessFactors solution portfolio.

As part of the SAP SuccessFactors Product Marketing team, your primary focus will be acting as an evangelist for the critical value of our payroll solution portfolio.

You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to champion the execution of go-to-market strategies and deliver business results that accelerate sales pipelines and revenue.

What you’ll do

  • Define the go-to-market strategies and launch plans that detail how the solutions will be brought to market.
  • Develop compelling positioning and messaging that targets unique segments, geo markets, verticals, and personas.
  • Create and manage a core set of customer-facing assets, including brochures, PPTs, videos, white papers, etc. Identify asset gaps, and champion creation of new assets as required.
  • Understand market and competitive developments to inform product positioning, market segmentation, product service / support strategy, and pricing.
  • Serve as subject matter expert to educate sales and presales teams, lead gen teams, and partners so they are competent in communicating the value of our payroll solutions to support awareness, lead gen and solution adoption efforts.
  • Update analysts and influencers to create favorable mindshare and establish thought leadership.
  • Pick up and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguity.

What you bring

  • 7+ Years of product or solution marketing experience in enterprise software.
  • Domain knowledge of or experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Cloud.
  • Experienced in HR solutions, with a preference for payroll or time management solutions.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and respond to challenging situations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and drive others without direct authority over them.
  • Flexibility, and openness to change.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Marketing preferred).

Ability to travel; 20%.

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity.

SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 160,700 - 367,200 USD.

The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc.

as determined through the selection process. SAP offers limited benefits for employees hired into hourly or like roles subject to applicable plan / policy terms.
