Position Details :
- Full-time : 37.5 hours per week
- On-site : For the upcoming school year
- Competitive Pay : $40-47 per hour
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide occupational therapy services to students within a school setting.
- Maintain a valid occupational therapy license.
- Have experience working with children and adolescents in educational environments.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Requirements :
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
- Previous experience in school or pediatric settings is essential.
- Valid OT licenses and teaching certifications for Massachusetts are mandatory.
- Acute Care experience is required.
- Proven skills in interpersonal communication and collaboration with teachers, parents, and colleagues.

Interview Process :
- Initial 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy recruiter
- 20-30 minute virtual interview with the school district
