What Youll Do
- Lead Gen & Funnel Building : Create and maintain a steady flow of qualified prospects via channels, partners, and local presence.
- Listing Creation & Optimization : Maintain accurate, compelling listings across syndication and company web; ensure speed-to-live on new units.
- Leasing Pipeline Ownership : Enforce rapid response SLAs, manage showings, drive applications to approvals, and shorten time-to-lease.
- Pricing Strategy & Revenue Management : Adjust pricing and terms to hit portfolio revenue and occupancy targets while protecting brand.
- Launch-to-Stabilization Lease-Ups : Build and run lease-up plans with weekly targets, check-ins, and risk mitigation to hit stabilization on / before plan.
- Partnership / Affiliate Programs : Build and manage pipelines with brokers / agents / affiliates that convert to signed leases.
- KPI Dashboarding & Reporting : Publish weekly and monthly dashboards; identify bottlenecks and implement fixes fast.
- Team Leadership & Coaching : Lead, coach, and inspect performance of showing / inside sales resources; standardize SOPs.
