Customer Service Representative (Full-time in Office)
After 14 years of continued growth and successfully serving the Twin Cities Metro / Eagan Community we are looking to add to our outstanding team! We are looking for a driven individual with a strong sense of teamwork, deadline motivation, and belief in making a difference for our customers! This position is great for those looking to establish themselves in the field of insurance and financial services.
The candidate will assist our customers with their current policies, discuss existing coverage needs, and differentiate our agency from others through needs-based conversation.
The candidate will look for ways to meet the needs of our current customers’ portfolio with the goal of building strong positive relationships, to ensure company growth and increase our agency’s reputation.

Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of new insurance contracts or suggest additions / changes to existing ones.
- Answer incoming calls and assist clients with policy questions and changes, including billing.
- Help customers with the insurance claims process.
- Generate productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources.
- Reach out to existing customers to discuss updates, concerns, or changes to existing policies.
- Evaluate business or individual customers’ needs and propose protection plans that meet their criteria.
- Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth goals.
Skills
- Gain knowledge and is comfortable with all types of insurance plans (automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc.)
- Proven ability to work with goals and multi-task.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and provide top notch customer service.
- Experience in delivering customer-focused solutions and creating long-lasting relationships.
- Is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken.
- Driven, tenacious and energized by new challenges.
- Possesses the ability and has the motivation to learn new things quickly.
