Regional Client Services Manager II, Home Health / Senior Living
BAYADA Home Health Care is in search of a Regional Client Services Manager ll to support both the Bonsai and American Elm Regions.
This role will encompass all duties related to the CSM II with emphasis on training and development of client services team as well as the ability to fill the CSM seat when required.

Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of BAYADA Home Health Care client services manager experience, within the Home Health Visits or Senior Living Solutions practice (required).
- Completion of BAYADA CSM ll Leadership Training.
- Demonstrated history and proficiency with commitment management and client time management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing medical records workflow with a strong understanding of compliance including but not limited to face-to-face encounters and physician orders.
- Demonstrated proficiency in payroll in accordance with divisional responsibilities.
- Proven track record of managing positive client time (In-Home Time), according to office specific goals.
- Proven consistency in client and employee satisfaction as indicated by positive client and employee comments and incremental improvement in client satisfaction and employee satisfaction scores.
- Effective communicator with clients, referral sources, and BAYADA team members.
- Ability to travel to provide service office support, up to 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Coaches and leads others in a way that exemplifies BAYADA’s core values and The BAYADA Way.
- Serve as a high-performance team leader by empowering and coaching office and field team members.
- Develop and grow caseload.
- Effectively schedule staff and manage caseload.
- Maintain effective fiscal management of caseload.
- Provide administrative supervision and support to field employees in positive partnership with clinical managers.
- Collaborate with director in oversight of all accounts receivable reports.
- Demonstrate the ability to coach others in taking the necessary actions to ensure timely billing.
- Demonstrate clear understanding of how payer mix impacts the net operating income of an office and demonstrates ability to keep up-to-date knowledge of office goals regarding payer mix.
- Participate in weekly financial and quarterly budget report review, with guidance of director.
- Demonstrate understanding of key drivers for office revenue and their level of impact on the operating income.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing referral sources in conjunction with the marketing manager through onsite visits to partners in the community.
- Collaborate with director and sales team to develop marketing goals and strategies.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage accounts with oversight of marketing manager.
- Analyze local office marketing effectiveness and provide clear feedback at weekly standup.
- Measure results (e.g. number of service inquiries, new clients).
- Identify where referrals are being generated from and new potential market opportunities.
- Takes initiative and plays lead role for office and field recognition programs creating an atmosphere of excitement.
- Demonstrate active involvement in recruitment and on-boarding of new employees by participating in the interview process and presenting on-boarding material for orientation as determined by director.
- Ability to assemble and maintain field staff personnel file, and function as point person for new employees.
- Collaborate with divisional resources to coordinate educational updates (e.g. Divisional CSM Day, Monthly CSM Calls, Rollouts).
- Capability to monitor and maintain schedule for therapy reassessments and Medicare part B requirements (as applicable).
- Understand the impact of clinical acuity on scheduling and collaborate with the clinical manager for proper utilization of visits.
- Participate in field staff case conferences with focus on care plan appropriateness.
BAYADA Offers :
- Base Salary : $45,000-60,000 / year depending on qualifications
