Our client is a listed company in Hong Kong. They are looking for an Assistant Company Secretarial Manager to join their growing team :

- Provide full spectrum of company secretarial duties to the Group of companies.
- Assist in preparing the Interim and Annual results announcement and also the Interim and Annual Report according to the requirements of the Listing Rules.
- Organize board meetings and committee meetings, prepare board minutes and resolutions, statutory filings and maintaining proper statutory records.
- Handle compliance issues in order to meet the standard on corporate governance and other statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties, including solicitors and regulatory bodies.
- Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements :
- Degree holder.
- Member of ICSA / HKICS (HKCGI).
- 4-5 years of company secretarial experience from listed companies or professional firms.
- Good knowledge of Companies Ordinance and practical knowledge of Hong Kong listing rules and requirements is an advantage.
- Initiative, independent, and able to work under pressure.
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing.
- Good command of written and spoken English and both Cantonese & Putonghua.
