What will be expected of our Interns?
As an intern at ENERCON, you will be expected to actively engage in various tasks and responsibilities crucial to the success of our projects.
You will be tasked with learning and applying codes and standards for designing projects, being organized and efficient, having a positive attitude towards learning and feedback, collaborating with senior engineers for field data collection, and adapting to new software systems.

Skills that would be helpful to your success as an intern :
- Graduating with a bachelor's or master's degree from an ABET-accredited school in Electrical Engineering.
- Preferred grad date between December 2025 and May 2026.
- Available to start in May or June 2025.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and solve problems.
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
- Must be able to effectively navigate client sites.
- Must be able to work outside.
- Ability and willingness to travel for client projects.
Interview and Employment Requirements :
- Completion of pre-interview assessments.
- College transcript submitted for anyone under 1 year of experience post-graduation.
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings.
- Must be US Citizen.
The hourly range for this internship is $24-$29 / hour. Salary ranges are determined by a combination of role, level, experience, and location.
