About The Role :
We are looking for a Product Management Director to lead the evolution of our flagship products to meet the needs of rapidly evolving market trends for our Property Management line of business.
This mission-critical role has substantial scope, complexity, and executive visibility, with a large opportunity for impact.
You will drive product and technology strategy, execution, and management of our next-generation Global Pulse web and mobile platform, catering to all personas of the PM line of business.
What You’ll Do :
- Manage global product roadmap for Global Pulse and be the primary point of contact for all Property Management products in the Americas region.
- Make complex technology initiatives real, end-to-end, with a cross-organization virtual team.
- Define vision, tech strategy, and a data-driven roadmap for the products in charge.
- Develop standard operating procedures within the tech platform.
- Employ design thinking best practices to build customer journeys and refine personas.
- Utilize MVP and rapid prototyping to define, test, validate, and implement new features.
- Leverage AI / ML technologies to improve customer workflows and deliver innovative features.
- Establish and maintain successful relationships with cross-functional collaborators.
What You’ll Need :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of demonstrated ability in product management or digital product leadership.
- Experience delivering relevant digital products supporting internal and external customers.
- Proven experience managing technology products with a track record of delivering business outcomes.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Design Thinking knowledge and experience with third-party tools.
- Strong communication skills to articulate and evangelize strategy at all levels.

Compensation : The minimum salary for this position is $170,000 annually and the maximum is $210,000 annually, depending on skills, qualifications, and experience.
