WHAT THIS FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST - OFFICE COORDINATOR ROLE ENTAILS :
The work schedule for this full-time customer service position will be Monday through Thursday from 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM and Friday from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM, with an hour for lunch each day.
As our Front Desk Receptionist - Office Coordinator, you'll kickstart each patient's experience with a warm welcome and friendly smile.
Your exceptional organizational skills will shine as you expertly manage schedules, ensuring that each patient receives the attention they deserve.
Checking eligibility and benefits will be a breeze for you, and you'll take pride in explaining these benefits to patients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their coverage.
Handling new patient referral calls and guiding new patients through the intake process will be a key part of your role, making you an essential part of our team.

What we need from you :
- 2+ years of medical practice experience at the front desk
- Some completed college courses
- Experience verifying insurance benefits and discussing with patients
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent typing skills and the ability to prepare professional business correspondence
- Ability to treat patients with care and compassion
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Dependability and punctuality
Having an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred but not required!
