Cornerstone Staffing is partnered with a customer in the electrical wholesale business. We are hiring a Refund Processing Specialist who possesses strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills! Experience in customer service and knowledge of electrical products are a huge plus!
Job Title : Refund Processing Specialist
Location : Downtown Dallas (on-site)
Pay : $18.00 / hr
Schedule : Business hours M - F 8 AM - 5 PM
Job Description / Requirements :
The Refund Processing Specialist will assist customers with refund inquiries related to electrical products via phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities include processing refunds, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required; experience in refunds or claims preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer empathy and active listening
- Must be computer literate and comfortable using multiple systems simultaneously
- Knowledge of electrical products is a plus
- Experience with shipping, logistics, or LTL is beneficial
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
