Job Title : Engineering Technician

Days : Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday
Time : 7 : 00 AM 7 : 30 PM
Hours : 36.0 / 48.0 Weekly / 12-hour day
Education Requirements :
Minimum : High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred : Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics
Experience Requirements :
Minimum : 2+ years in basic electrical / electronics engineering, electronics or RF testing, or related experience
Preferred :
1+ years in a large matrixed organization
2+ years in the semiconductor or related industry
2+ years with general computer skills and Microsoft applications

Job Responsibilities :
Measurement and Equipment :
Set up and maintain benches, testers, and other equipment with minimal supervision
Install, upgrade, and configure moderately complex equipment and components
Perform measurements and produce necessary documentation
Monitor equipment performance and analyze failures or malfunctions
Troubleshoot and perform basic repair work, rework, removal, and modifications to equipment
Testing :
Set up test devices using hand tools or automatic test methods
Document test results and maintain malfunction records
Execute test plans and provide input on test cases and procedures
Reproduce and debug moderately complex issues
Data and Information Analysis :
Conduct analyses to identify, troubleshoot, and diagnose simple technical issues
Gather and integrate data and information from stakeholders to understand specifications and develop solutions
Collaboration :
Collaborate with team members and other teams to complete project work
Physical Requirements :
Monitor and utilize computers and test equipment for more than 6 hours a day
