CMM / VMM Programmer – Direct Hire

PROMAN Staffing is proud to be partnering with our client to source and hire for this exciting opportunity.

We are seeking a CMM / VMM Programmer to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will develop and optimize programs for Coordinate and Vision Measurement Machines, ensuring precision in parts and component measurement. This is a direct hire opportunity with excellent long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities :

Program and operate CMM / VMM machines using software such as PC-DMIS, MCOSMOS, Calypso, and MeasureX

Perform dimensional layouts for parts, tooling, and in-process inspections

Collect, analyze, and interpret measurement data to ensure accuracy

Develop and revise job instructions and documentation as needed

Qualifications :

2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Basic knowledge of GD&T and technical drawing interpretation

Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and mechanical aptitude

Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work on the production floor

Bilingual (English / Spanish or English / Polish) helpful

We are hiring immediately for Entry Level Warehouse Associate in this CLIMATE CONTROLLED facility in Flower Mound

We Pay Weekly!

• \t1st Shift 6am-2 : 30 pm $13.00 / hour
• \t2nd Shift 3pm-11pm $13.50 / hour
• \t3rd Shift Sunday 8 : 15-3am Monday-Thursday 11 : 45-5 : 30am $14.00 / hour
