Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Manager, Learning Technology at DaVita Kidney Care. The role involves overseeing learning management, instructional design, training & development, and project management.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for implementing learning technologies and strategies to enhance employee development and performance.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in healthcare or related fields is a plus
