We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dental Tech Client Support specialist to join us full-time at our rapidly growing Durham, NC location.

Your Role : This isn't just any dental tech job it's an opportunity to be the bridge between our lab and our clients. We're looking for a seasoned professional with at least 3 years of experience as a dental laboratory technician or assistant.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in customer service and client support, with a strong understanding of dental implants and case planning.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clinicians, offering expert case planning and clinical customer service.
  • Promote advancements in digital technologies and services, helping clients stay ahead of the curve.
  • Conduct face-to-face office visits with clinicians, providing hands-on support and building strong relationships.
  • Utilize your leadership skills and chair-side experience to ensure quality control and exceptional client care.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a dental laboratory technician / assistant role.
  • Strong knowledge of dental implants and case planning.
  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clinicians and other stakeholders.
