How You'll Contribute to Our Success

As the Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will be a critical asset in driving our IT and operational technology (OT) success. With your deep expertise in network infrastructure management, security principles, and industrial systems integration, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and secure operation of our Cedar Rapids plant and remote sites. Your strong analytical problem-solving skills, coupled with your meticulous documentation practices, will enable you to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

What You'll Do as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Fortinet switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi systems; manage VPN, DNS, DHCP, DMZ, WAN, routing, and switching operations

Apply network policies, access controls, and security measures; analyze traffic patterns, resolve bottlenecks, and improve network efficiency

Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, file shares, and Group Policy; manage Hyper-V virtualization environments

Configure and maintain enterprise storage systems (Pure, IBM, etc.); administer backup solutions such as Veeam Backup & Replication

Support business-critical applications and manage Microsoft SQL Server instances

Maintain monitoring tools (SolarWinds HCO); execute patch management for servers and network devices

Support PLCs, SCADA, and IoT systems integration; ensure network connectivity, security, and seamless deployment of manufacturing systems

Provide end-user support for connectivity, applications, and devices; assist with workstation and laptop deployments; collaborate with IT support for incident resolution
