We are looking for a dedicated worker to join our compassionate team at our Residential Care Senior Living Facility in Missouri. If you have a passion for senior care and are committed to delivering high-quality service, we would love to hear from you!
What You'll Do :
- Administer medications to residents accurately and timely, following care plans and under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
- Keep detailed, up-to-date medication records as per facility policies.
- Maintain medication storage areas in compliance with regulations.
- Assist residents with daily living activities when necessary.
- Observe and report changes in residents’ health or well-being.
- Maintain open and effective communication with families to keep them informed of their loved ones’ care, changes in condition, and medication updates.
- Work closely with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure the best possible care for each resident.
- Stay current with training and development in medication administration.
- Light housekeeping.
- Serving Meals.
- Showers.
What We're Looking For :
Missouri Certification Medication AidePrevious experience in a senior care or long-term care settingCurrent CPR / First Aid certification is a plus.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with families and the care team.Compassionate, patient, and reliable.Ability to lift and assist residents (up to 50 pounds).Must pass background checks and drug screening.Why Work With Us?
