Senior Consultant S / 4HANA Transformation (m / f / d)

We are actively seeking an experienced Senior Consultant (m / f / d) to join our esteemed Business Transformation team in Boston.

In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our customers' Transformation initiatives in the US, with a specialized focus on SAP S / 4HANA Transformation.

As the Senior Consultant Business Transformation, your primary responsibility involves spearheading the evolution of our Business Transformation Advisory offerings in the US.

Your wealth of experience in S / 4HANA and Cloud Transformation projects will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our product in our most strategic projects.

Your enthusiasm for complex projects will not only guide the team but also contribute to the rapid adoption of our LeanIX key features along their transformation journey.

Operating as a trusted advisor, you will optimize the utilization of LeanIX for clients, showcasing your proficiency in both consulting skills and tool knowledge.

• Knowledge sharing, mentoring, and coaching of young professionals
• Close collaboration with Sales, CSM, and Product
• Collaboration with seasoned SAP Experts and management consultants

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You are a highly motivated team player with a can do mindset
• 5-8 years of experience in IT Management, EA, and Transformation Management in an internationally operating consulting company or large corporation
• Understanding of large enterprises' IT organizations and processes
• Experience in consultative sales, project delivery, setting yourself high quality standards
• Ability to establish and secure relationships with customer’s senior management
• Ability to think strategically, adapt to change, and effectively deal with ambiguity and complexity
• Knowledge and enthusiasm about modern technologies and architectures (e.g., SAP, Cloud, Microservices, Platforms)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent self-presentation and a calm, professional, and mature attitude
