Health and Wellness Coordinator
POSITION : Health and Wellness Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Manage a wide range of health-related programs and services. Develop, schedule, and lead programs, supervise staff, and provide staff training.
Provide health and nutrition consultations to clients and their families. Work with staff and clients with special health needs, which include but are not limited to the following :
- Assist individuals and communities to adopt healthy behaviors.
- Conduct outreach activities to implement programs in the community that promote, maintain, and improve individual and community health.
- Provide information on available resources to individuals.
- Provide social support and informal counseling.
- Advocate for individuals and community health needs.
- Plan and implement health-related research grants.
Minimum Requirements :
Master's degree in Public Health. Chinese fluency.
