Key Responsibilities :

• Utilize your expert knowledge to analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to deliver impactful client presentations and marketing strategies.
• Lead the development and execution of compelling presentations, trend analyses, and concept ideation across diverse product categories.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with local and international team (Fragrance Development, Perfumery, Regulatory, and Sales teams to achieve marketing objectives and drive business growth).
• Engage with clients, represent Sozio at industry events, and leverage your creativity and entrepreneurial spirit to bring new ideas to the table.

Desired Skills and Qualifications :

• 5-10 years of proven experience in the fragrance industry or related fields, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
• Exceptional creativity, ideation skills, and a deep understanding of brand and market dynamics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks effectively, and deliver results under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, and CANVA.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer engagement and relationship building.
• Demonstrated initiative, entrepreneurship, and a passion for innovation in marketing strategy.
• National & International travel required
