The Line Cooks responsibilities are to exceed our guest's expectations by providing them with the highest level of professional, consistent, and courteous service.
Primarily we are looking to fill evening & weekend shifts as a matter of URGENCY.
Primary duties include :
Execute menu items according to the chefs standards of preparation, presentation, and portioning
Excel in a fast-paced environment with high quality standards
Maintain food safety standards
Keep an organized, clean and efficient workstation
Maintain a positive, team spirited approach with a willingness to support fellow cooks as needed
Good knife skills, plating techniques, and attention to detail
Qualifications :
Minimum 1-2 years of culinary or restaurant experience
Knowledge of classic culinary techniques
Able to work in a fast paced and changing environment
Ability to work under time constraints
Strong work ethic, well organized, attention to details
Dependable and punctual
Food Handler certification required before starting
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and provide documents suitable for I-9 regulations.
- Must be able to work evenings & weekends.
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to withstand a hot / and or cold environment
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver items that may weigh up to 40 pounds
Compensation : Hourly (Based on Experience)
