Position : Project Manager Reports to : Director, Projects
We are seeking a technically savvy and organized Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of capital and operational projects across our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and proven experience managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment. This role is a critical contributor to our ongoing growth and continuous improvement efforts.

You have a deep understanding of plant equipment, utilities (HVAC, compressed air, ammonia, water), and production systemsYou are proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks (or similar software)You are skilled in capital planning, project budgeting, scheduling, and contractor oversightYou are comfortable navigating local regulatory standards, (ANSI, IIARAble to lead commissioning, SAT / FAT processes, and production ramp-upYou have strong documentation, SOP creation, project management and reporting abilitiesYou can interpret technical documentation and communicate requirements effectivelyYou are familiar with maintenance programs, safety compliance, and sustainability best practicesExperience
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field (ex. Business, Operations, Engineering or Construction Management)5+ years of experience managing technical or capital projects, preferably in a manufacturing settingStrong technical skills and working knowledge of plant equipment and systemsFamiliarity with U.S. regulatory requirements, commissioning, installations, or plant improvements initiatives would be an assetNICE-TO-HAVE
P. Eng. designation or PMP certificationExperience working in a food manufacturing or regulated production environmentBenefits
