Our Impact :

The Operational Risk Senior Manager will champion for risk program maturity efforts supporting the ability to identify, assess, control, monitor and report comprehensive enterprise-wide views.

Your Impact :

Engage with multiple partners, including interactions on a regular basis with senior leaders and executives, and is a valued partner across all divisions and risk domains affording opportunities to build robust relationships across the Enterprise.

Due to the nature of our horizontal activities and facilitating the execution of foundational risk programs this role will be responsible for :

• Advising on and providing support on the implementation of the risk management framework (i.e., identify,) lifecycle.
• Creating and facilitating training to support an understanding of the bigger picture’ and how the risk management framework components work together.
• Developing risk policies and standards to effectively manage risk (i.e., Risk Standards).
• Providing expertise and development and / or enhancements to guide decisions related to Risk Management for both administrative and operational matters.
• Managing the coordination of multiple activities, including but not limited to executive reporting.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 10+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas : model or operational risk management
• 5+ years with development, implementation, performance, use or governance of models used in areas such as credit risk, interest rate, mortgage and derivative valuation models
• Experience in process design and assessment of controls
• Experience with influencing others, including at the executive level, and bringing people together towards a common goal
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present content of varying levels of complexity to all levels of the organization including visualizations
• Highly driven, results oriented, and looked at as a value partner across first line
• Ability to problem solve and articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
