Valeo Resources has partnered with a non-profit behavioral health organization that provides mental health services across the Phoenix area.
We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join the team! In this role, you will be working primarily with adults in an outpatient clinic setting at our Mesa location.
Position : Mental Health Therapist
Location : Mesa, AZ
Schedule : M-F day hours
Salary : $50,000 - $80,000 - dependent on experience or license level
Responsibilities :
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with adults in an outpatient setting to address their mental health concerns and promote overall well-being.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' specific needs and goals.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to help clients achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements :
- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a related field required
- Associate or independent mental health / social work license in state of AZ preferred, but not required (LAC, LMSW, LASAC, AMFT, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LISAC, etc.)
- Must have experience providing therapy in a clinical setting
