Responsibilities :
- You will set the tone for the store and retail sales staff
- You will lead Assistant Manager and retail sales associates in strategies to achieve sales goals
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate sales associates
- Track weekly and monthly sales results and trends for business forecasting
- Oversee in-store merchandising and window displays
- Responsible for inventory management
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and internal staff issues
- You are a key-holder. WORKS UPTO 35 HRS PER WEEK
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in retail store management, 1-3 years (retail fashion experience a big plus)
- Loves fashion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to engage customers and connect with sales associates
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Timely and flexible
- Ability to utilize retail technology
- Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to travel as required
