The Account Executive will act as the liaison between various clients and internal team within the marketing agency. They will develop and maintain strong relationships, provide strategy and customer report and review digital campaigns (Google & Meta) in order to attain strong campaign results.
They will also ensure that client needs are consistently met. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and day-to-day communication with clients and internal staff
- Track and record metrics throughout campaign process
- Plan, propose and manage client budgets and ensure that the client’s dollars are being spent efficiently.
- Understand multi-platform strategies that include Google, Meta and mass media
- Participate in strategy meetings to help clients meet their goals.
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
- Provide weekly / monthly client updates and summaries via email and / or reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, advertising, or marketing
- 1-3 years of experience as an advertising or marketing Account Executive, within an agency environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills; meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google & Meta related tools
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
