WE ARE HIRING! Join the Front of House team at your Donut Bar Eastlake location. Looking for responsible, motivated, sales driven individuals to join our team.
Work in a safe fast paced environment, surrounded by the #bestdonutsintheworld, espresso & our lovely guests!
Pay is minimum wage + tips
Some responsibilities for FOH position are but not limited to :
1. Maintain a clean work environment, including guests area + restroom.
2. Must be able to successfully complete closings tasks.
3. Grind and brew multiple coffee roasts.
4. Maintain a clean coffee station.
5. Acknowledge and greet all guests that walk in front door.
6. Restock cups, boxes, milk, coffee, donuts, condiments, fridges, etc.
7. Maintain a clean floor, sweep and mop.
8. Prep drinks, mixes, ingredients for next day.
9. Upsell donuts and coffee to guests.
10. Maintain correct and accurate cash drawer.
11. Navigate third party applications for orders, take catering orders, answer calls, package orders.
12. Able to lift 25-30lb stock around the store.
13. Discard trash from store and empty in trash compactors.
14. Barista experience ++
