• Oversee all aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, employee records management,training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the seafood and ready-meal industry.
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Design and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, promoting continuous learning and development.
• Implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated on HR management systems and regulations across different regions in the United States to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and support business expansion initiatives by supplementing human resources as needed.
• Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, Handle office communication,organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements etc
• Mandarin is required.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in the seafood or food industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes.
• Knowledge of HR management systems and regulations in the United States, with the ability to ensure company compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
