Key Responsibilities
Own top-line revenue targets and develop a scalable go-to-market strategy
Lead and manage a sales team while fostering a performance-driven culture
Build and maintain relationships with enterprise accounts and optimize sales processes
Required Qualifications
8+ years in SaaS or technology sales, with at least 3 years in a senior / executive leadership role
Proven success in leading teams to achieve $10M+ ARR with 40%+ YoY growth
Experience in retail, foodservice, or distribution channels is a plus
Deep understanding of full-cycle sales processes and pipeline management
Hands-on, data-driven approach with a focus on high-growth environments
