Senior Project Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex mainframe modernization projects.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire project lifecycle for large, high-risk initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and quality standards

Define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with stakeholder goals to prevent scope creep

Implement and improve standardized policies and procedures for high-quality project delivery

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Project management certification preferred (e.g., PMP, PgMP)

12+ years of progressive project management experience, preferably in a software company

6+ years of experience in a strategic or operational leadership role managing customer-facing project managers

Proven track record of driving revenue growth through project delivery in a software or SaaS environment
