Technical Sales Representative $40,000-130,000 / YR

Key Responsibilities :
- Market Development :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Direct Sales Activities :
- Conduct direct sales calls and presentations to targeted customer segments within the designated market area.
- Collaboration :
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Sales Administration :
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.
- Continuous Learning :
- Engage in ongoing product training and stay updated on industry developments to provide expert insights to clients.
Requirements : Experience :
Experience :
3-5+ years of proven success in Outside Sales, preferably within the HVAC or industrial rental market.
Education :
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Licenses & Screening :
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
Field Work :
Willingness to spend 90%+ of time in the field (travel) engaging with clients.
Industry Knowledge :
- Experience in commercial and / or industrial product sales, particularly within the HVAC rental industry.
- Strong understanding of HVAC and electrical systems, including their functionalities.
- Knowledge of the construction contracting and engineering processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with sectors such as Healthcare, Higher Education, Industrial / Manufacturing, and Commercial Real Estate is desirable.
