Job Summary
Join us as a General Manager in our B&I dining division and be a part of a high-reaching team in Cambridge, MA. This is your chance to lead a world-class food and hospitality service, ensuring magnificent operations and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate all P&L and budgeting for the account
- Lead overall day-to-day operations of the account
- Conduct HR functions, including hiring, progressive counseling, and terminations
- Coordinate scheduling, payroll, and team training
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments
- Collaborate with the Chef and management team to build menus and provide top-quality food.
- Successfully execute new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary team
Preferred Qualifications :
- A BS in Hospitality or Culinary degree is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Five years of foodservice operation experience
- High-volume production and catering experience are crucial
- Proven experience leading a budget
- Desire to learn and grow with an outstanding foodservice company
