You Are a Perfect Fit If You Have :
- A Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) with extensive leadership experience.
- A strong track record of success in driving quality improvement initiatives.
- Experience in staff development and training nurses.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for resident care and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- A valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
