Overview Architectural Studio Director – Corporate & Commercial Design at Konik. Location : Eden Prairie, MN. Direct Hire | Salary : $130k - $145k + Bonus.

What You'll Do Lead multiple design projects from concept through completion as the primary client contact and team leader.

Inspire and manage architectural teams, ensuring design excellence, project efficiency, and alignment with client goals.

Mentor and grow junior staff by fostering a collaborative and development-focused studio culture.

Strengthen relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement.

Oversee operations including staffing plans, schedules, project budgets, and design deliverables across the corporate-commercial portfolio.

Drive strategy and sector vision in collaboration with firm leadership.

What You Bring Professional or Master’s degree in Architecture

Active Architectural License (required)

10+ years of relevant experience with a strong focus on corporate, workplace, and commercial design

Proven ability to lead architectural projects through all phases, from pre-design to close-out

Exceptional communication skills with a talent for building trusted client partnerships

Demonstrated experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams

Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam

A big-picture thinker with sharp business acumen and a passion for purposeful design
