Minimum 1+ years paraprofessional or special education experience required.

Description of Position :
Participate in lesson planning sessions and communicate with parents and school officials.
Co-teach lessons under the teacher's guidance, lead small groups or individual instruction, and facilitate class discussions.
Organize the classroom and teaching materials, monitor the classroom during lessons, and minimize distractions and disruptions.
Supervise students in and out of the classroom, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Attend students' physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs.
Assist teachers and students with extracurricular activities and school functions.
Perform clerical duties such as tracking student attendance, typing, filing, photocopying, and grading tests and homework.
Ensure the upkeep of educational materials, equipment, and supplies.
Track students' progress and prepare reports for parents.
Assist teachers in counseling parents on the requirements and development of their children.

Required Qualifications :
Previous experience working with children in grades K-12.
CPR Certification.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
